As a family-owned and operated venue, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. When you attend a Hideaway wine night, you’re not just buying a ticket—you’re being welcomed to our table. We believe in treating every guest like family, creating an atmosphere that feels warm, relaxed, and genuinely inviting.

Every third Thursday of the month from April through November, we host eight thoughtfully curated wine events, each offering a unique journey through six hand-selected wines from around the world. Our featured wines are provided by American Premium Beverage, allowing us to showcase exceptional selections that highlight both quality and character.

Set against the natural beauty of our outdoor venue, every evening feels special—lush and green in the spring, breezy and shaded in the summer, and glowing with rich autumn color in the fall.

Guiding guests through each tasting is our featured speaker, Tracy Lambe, who brings every bottle to life with stories, history, and insider knowledge. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with themed dinner selections (catered by outside vendors), creating an interactive experience that goes far beyond the glass.

But this isn’t just a tasting—it’s a night out. Guests enjoy the perfect balance of guided sampling, delicious food pairings, relaxed mingling, and time to linger with friends (old and new) while sipping their favorite pours. To make the experience even better, highlighted wines are available to order at exclusive, event-only pricing you won’t find elsewhere.

2026 Season Theme: The Sommelier’s Table

The 2026 Hideaway World Wine Experience invites guests to take a seat at The Sommelier’s Table—a season designed to explore how wine brings people, flavors, and cultures together. Each month will feature one of two rotating sub-themes: Sips of the Season or Corks & Culture, creating a dynamic and thoughtfully curated experience from April through November.

Sips of the Season

These evenings celebrate wines that shine during a particular time of year—paired not only with seasonal selections in the glass, but also with foods that reflect the flavors and comforts of that season.

• July – Summer (Sub Sandwiches & Local Homeland Creamery Ice Cream)
• October – Fall (NC BBQ & Fall Desserts)
• November – Holiday Season (Hearty Lasagna & Specialty S’mores Bar)

Each of these events highlights wines that complement the mood, weather, and tastes of the season—creating a full sensory experience that feels perfectly timed.

Corks & Culture

These evenings focus on pairing wines with iconic global cuisines. While the wines may come from regions around the world, they are carefully selected to complement the flavors and traditions of the featured cultural dishes.

Corks & Culture is less about geography in the bottle and more about harmony on the plate—exploring how wine enhances a wide range of bold and diverse culinary traditions.

The 2026 season offers a beautiful balance of education, storytelling, seasonal inspiration, and global flavor—all thoughtfully curated to make every guest feel like they have a seat at the table.

Pricing & Reservations

Guests may reserve their seat for individual events or enjoy the full experience with a season pass.

Individual Event Tickets (must be purchased by 2 weeks in advance of the event date, email us for any last-minute special requests):

$40 per person, per event

Season Pass (All 8 Events):

$280 per person

A discounted rate for the full season

Season Pass holders who are unable to attend a specific event may send someone in their place. Simply email us in advance with the name of your substitute guest for that evening.

Season passes are available for purchase now through April 2nd. Individual event links will be listed below, allowing guests to select and purchase tickets for the specific month(s) they wish to attend. A separate link is provided below for season pass purchases.

• Bring 1 new guest: Receive 10% off your wine order for that event
• Bring 2 or more new guests: Receive 15% off your wine order for that event

Discount applies to up to one case (12 bottles) per event.

Any wine purchased beyond one case will be charged at regular price.
