September’s Corks & Culture evening explores how wine enhances bold and diverse Asian culinary traditions. Wines from around the world are carefully selected to complement the flavors and traditions of Asian cuisine, because Corks & Culture is less about geography in the bottle and more about harmony on the plate. Tracy Lambe guides guests through each of the six hand-selected pours with stories, history, and insider knowledge. This isn’t just a tasting, it’s a night out with the perfect balance of guided sampling, delicious food pairings, and relaxed mingling.
