Q. What is the guest capacity at The Hideaway at Crooked Creek?
A. The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. This capacity includes access to our various ceremony sites, the sprawling lawns, and the reception areas. We provide all necessary tables and chairs to meet this guest count.
Q. Where is the venue located and is there parking?
A. We are located at 5530 Linch Road, Whitsett, NC 27377, which is approximately 15 miles from Greensboro. We offer a dedicated guest drop-off area and ample on-site parking for all attendees.
Q. Is the venue handicap accessible?
A. Yes. We provide a convenient drop-off area for guests with special needs to ensure easy access to the ceremony and reception sites. Additionally, we provide high-quality, luxury on-site restrooms that are accessible to all guests.
The Hideaway at Crooked Creek is an inclusive venue meaning all packages include use of the entire grounds of the venue plus access to the wedding party suites. All packages include assistance with setup, breakdown and trash removal. In regards to the number of guest we include enough tables and chairs to accommodate 200 guests. We also have complimentary décor items to add to the ambiance of your event.
Yes, we will be happy to provide references that have done an excellent job taking care of events in the past and there is no charge if you use outside vendors. The only requirement is that the vendors have proper insurance and health rating.
A rehearsal time is assigned 60 days before the event. Please realize that a rehearsal might be on a Thursday because events can occur on Friday. Rehearsals do not include eating onsite during that rehearsal time.

Yes, There is a 2 hour time slot that can be scheduled and there is a small fee required to prepare the site for the best possible photographic outcome.
